@Ttkkn If he appeals, he must post an appellant bond in the full amount of whatever part of the damages he is appealing. So if he appeals the punitive part that the jury awarded, he’s got to post approximately 60 million. Then if he loses the appeal, the money goes directly to the plaintiff. But the real people who will bear the burden are the Trump small donors, those fanatics that send him $20 on a regular basis like he’s a televangelist. He’s going to bleed them dry to pay this debt.
