And since then, a pentagon spokesman made a clarification that the lifting of restrictions were NOT limited to Kharkiv area of operations, and were not limited in the sorts of military targets allowed. Or rather he suggested that they weren’t disclosing the new limitations because makes more strategic sense to not clarify your tactical intentions. It’s kind of funny. They were issuing a clarification that was actually a de-clarification.
