@Kingdom_of_God777 Here’s the thing though. It’s far from clear that the vehicle movement was deliberately an assault on the guard because we also see the victim wiping his eyes. It looks to me like his vision was impaired. The victim also abruptly hit his brakes when he almost hit or grazed the guard. It doesn’t look to me at all like the victim was trying to hurt the guard with the truck because of these details. The second truck movement, if you even want to call it movement, does not look like the victim was aiming his truck at the guard.
