  2. This is what you call sober reporting, because there was no mention of the B.E.M. If the hull and the superstructure are in good shape, is there a reason the engines and other systems and equipment can’t be upgraded or renovated on these ferries? Is there a reason older ships can’t be rebuilt? (I mean a reason other than “it’s not as profitable”.)
