  1. At least bitching about the current crop of turnips in Congress has some entertainment value. I haven’t read his book, but I’m ready to go easier on Boehner. He lost his speakership due to teabaggers and know nothings. But the collective GOP insanity has its roots in the 90s and Newt Gingrich, Hypocrite #0.

  2.  @altrag  Boehner never worked for Trump. He was ousted from congressional leadership by the wave of teabaggers who thought he was too soft on Obama. Boehner deserves some credit for attempting to hold back the rwnj tide, too little and too late though it might have been.
