  1. Is there any indication that B, I, C, or S are actually ready to back China? I think each of those countries plus each of the expansion countries will pursue their own interests. That said, I think the developing economies can, will, and should push for reforms. This will lead to an easing of U.S./Western hegemony but not its fall.
