@Edward-tm1dm The President is the chief officer of the executive branch of the U.S. Government. “The Office of the Presidency” does not refer to the physical office space. Running for any elected post is called “running for office”, and elected officials are called “office holders”. Your argument is flawed because you aren’t taking into account the common and legal meanings of words.

@kennethpereyda5707 If Biden was disqualified from running, then yes. But that’s not the question that will be before the Supreme Court. They will be asked about Trump.
