  1. Lol, that’s still Karen mode, just a change in gears. She was still lying about the interaction, refusing to take responsibility or accepting consequences. The next stage is breaking into tears, possibly followed by a violent tantrum requiring police intervention. Someone needs to write a book, “The 5 Stages of Karening”.

  2. Oh, the heartbreak of being held accountable for one’s words and behavior! If this is AA’s new policy to weed out belligerent and possibly violent passengers before they board, good on them. Hopefully other airlines are doing the same thing. And I get that air travel can be frustrating as heck, but this lady seems to have initiated her own problems by refusing to wear a mask.
