@Ncobb2334 Yup. And intelligent speculation would be that if they haven’t yet found a weapon, it was an unintentional improper shooting. I would also conclude that neither officer tried to plant a weapon on the suspect. This is how to speculate safely. It’s especially unfortunate for the dead shoplifter, but it’s also unfortunate for the officers and the department.

If they were dirty, wouldn’t they have planted a firearm? I think it’s a pretty good guess that the shooting was improper and the cops made a mistake that cost a man his life, but it’s a stretch to call them dirty without better evidence that they are.
