  1. Not if the individuals make reasonable demands for compensation. If they make excessive demands, then they will need to file lawsuits. If the suits make it to trial, a jury will determine the reasonableness of the demands. The bus driver won’t be ticketed. Don’t act like an idiot—you don’t have enough practice to be a successful idiot. A real idiot would instead say that the bus driver’s insurance premiums are going to sky rocket. 😉
