  6. It means Russia out of Ukraine at a minimum. Putin could order it done immediately and save some of his army and halt the damage to Russia. Or he can keep fighting his inevitable loss and keep bleeding Russia. It is ironic that not only has Putin made NATO stronger, he is also making Russia weaker every day he throws his soldiers into the Ukrainian meat grinder.

  8. Don’t be a dummy. After Russia retreated from Kyiv, they’ve been rearranging their forces for a new offensive. This is that offensive. It won’t matter in the long run. Russia cannot win this war. Even if it could win militarily, it cannot hold its gains.

I believe you’re thinking of how Russia gobbled up countries at the end of WWII and installed puppet communist governments. The Fait Acompli. Everyone remembers what they did, the Ukrainians most of all, and I don’t think the are as willing to accept such terms.

  11. You are probably confused from a lack of interest in history, current events, or both. Russia failed to conquer Ukraine in its first offensive. The Russian army was forced to retreat from the area near Kyiv. Now they are trying again.
