It’s nuts. “Breaking the streak” by an insignificant amount on a single statistic does not reverse a trend. It’s truly irrational exuberance. It also ignores every other trend related to this pandemic: daily record breaking numbers on infections, hospitalizations, and deaths. And he can’t help but get a dig in at emergency measures that have a “negative” effect. He’s a lunatic cheerleader enthusiastic that fewer yards were lost on the last play.

and dying. And being hospitalized. How is someone on a ventilator supposed to renew their claim?

More deaths also bring down unemployment numbers, so obviously Trump’s strategy is working.

Wrt to continuous claims, how does one maintain that claim if they’re dead? What’s the process for staying on unemployment if you’re hospitalized and barely able to breathe?

He’s crowing that the unemployment number for a single month “breaks the streak”, as if it’s proof of a reversal of a trend. And meanwhile every other trend continues to worsen: Deaths, hospitalizations, and infections break records daily. This is cheerleading when your team keeps fumbling the ball, but this time it was for a loss of nine yards, not ten. Rick is giving irrational exuberance a whole new meaning.

It’s obvious you’re trolling when you use multiple accounts to post the same comment word for word.
