  1. I’d wager that Kotick steps down from day-to-day, and an acceptable interim leader is put in place. MS will slowly strip down the company, putting the franchises under direct MS management. They’ll fold in employees who wish to stay—at least those employees not caught up in workplace abuse scandals. The games you love will survive. Game devs will keep on devin’. And a terrible company that mistreats its workers will be erased. What’s not to love?
