@henrylicious The EU’s predecessor, the EEC (European Economic Co-operation) was the tool that unified Europe as a trade coalition. If the EU’s main utility is fostering trade, the EEC or something like it would suffice.

@george2113 Mud is totally unknown in Poland. While the Russians have over one hundred different words for mud (much like the Inuit having many words for snow), the Poles actually have a negative number of words for mud. It is not possible to put the word “wet” adjacent to the word “dirt” in Polish. It’s grammatically nonsensical and will break your computer, much like dividing by zero. At what point did you realize I am full of shit? First sentence? The second?

@stephennolan2250 The UK is a 51st state? Look, the U.S. is a multilingual country with no official language, but we are not equipped to incorporate British English. Sorry, but no. Maybe they can become a protectorate of the U.S. or something, like Puerto Rico.
