  4. That’s the whole idea behind the stimulus. It’s also why targeted stimulus makes more sense, because those above a certain income level save it or invest it (normally a wise policy) and take the money out of circulation. The point is to keep the money moving, keeping businesses open and people employed. I think the only argument I’d make with what you’d say is that it doesn’t “move up”, so much as it moves all over. Think of a dry sponge rather than a drinking straw.

  16. I hope never. I like Cuban. He has interesting opinions. I might not agree with them, but it’s clear he’s given them some thought. He’s a sports team owner. He made his bones as an internet entrepreneur. He’s totally unqualified to be President, even if he’s more qualified than the last “business” person that was President.
