  1. This is terrible news for people who conspire with others to create violent situations. How are they supposed to communicate their violent intentions and get in contact with violent people if their free speech is penalized? It’s almost as if speech has consequences!! But seriously, imagine if criminal gangs and mafia bosses could successfully argue in court that giving an order to murder someone was protected as “free speech”.
