  2. How do you account for the Maricopa County’s GOP led Board of Supervisors opposing this idiotic recount? I would not take exception to the argument that the GOP is now controlled by rightwing nutjobs, nor can I argue against the idea that this is the result of the GOP welcoming these extremists into their midsts. I can’t argue that the GOP never contained the toxic seed that has grown this poisonous plant. But it didn’t used to be only about fascist extremism.
