With regard to this reboot of The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, I don’t find this Zaphod Beeblephrox character charming or sympathetic at all. And what’s with all these new characters? Zaphod Junior, Eric, Ivanka, Jared the Robot. This new version of a beloved book is ten times as absurd as the original, but less than 1/100 as funny.
