I would consider these products to be more like an emergency repair until whatever can be fixed correctly. I wonder how they would compare to JB Weld's line of products.

Looking forward to when you get a small diesel engine.

Finally an Amsoil video! Amsoil Quickshot is the preferred fuel additive for small engines (though I am not sure what the difference is). Nice to see an unbiased Amsoil test.
154
Be careful which coffee pot you make coffee in :)
75
So Motor Honey isn't the same as honey from bees? :)
59
None of them remove water they just make it disperse in the fuel evenly. I can say living in Wisconsin, I have never had an issues with water in fuel.
51
The 2nd one looked worse than the before. Still waiting for you to try Amsoil P.i.
49
Have you used an ultrasonic cleaner (heated or not) with any of these products to see if Ultrasonic cleaning adds anything.
44
If propane burns so clean, could it actually clean a dirty engine?
31
Still have to chock the rear wheels.
23
Sebo's aren't cheap in the US but well worth it if you run a cleaning business. Which Sebo's do you use?
20
You can run a lot of things though a diesel engine. You should try some Engine Restore in it. I think you should trying running vegetable oil as a fuel.
19
Seafoam doesn't work very well. Marvel Mystery Oil does though and its dirt cheap. To me it looks like MMO is the winner so far. I would only use MMO or Amsoil Powerfoam and Amsoil P.i. in larger engines.
17
I'd like to see Amsoil grease tested and Motorkote.
16
I wish you would stop saying Seafoam is a great product for cleaning carbon when you own tests prove otherwise. MMO or Amsoil P.i. + Power Foam are a lot better.
15
There isn't enough compression in a gasoline engine to ignite diesel.
15
I've never heard of MotorKote before seeing this video. I wish you could add an oil filter to your test engines.
14
How about heat vs penetrating fluid.
14
Shop-Vac. assembled in the USA, well you live in the USA and you assembled it, didn't you? LOL
13
Diesel engines run a lot of "stuff"
12
Very disappointed, they weren't tested for their electrical insulating property which is why you buy electrical tape.
11
This is a reupload.
9
Sandblasting!
7
Could you try ACF-50 Anti-Corrosion Lubricant Formula, it can be found on Amazon, probably other places as well. Naval Jelly would stay in place longer on vertical surfaces.
7
@tickul Flex Seal wasn't the only product tested now, was it? Only one Flex Seal product was tested. Dehumanizing? Products are not human so it's impossible to dehumanize them. Sounds like you are a shill for Flex Seal.
7
No, Seafoam isn't great.
6
Well synthetic oil increases MPG but OEM's don't put it in all cars.
5
I think your comment was the fail.
4
I'd still like to know the technical reason for the bounce.
4
I would say that Electrolysis is more fun to watch.
4
I wonder if you could use the Motorkoite spray lubricant, as it has performed well on other tests.
4
I wonder if you could use Motorkote and Engine Restore at the same time.
3
How well did the JB Weld do overall?
3
@tickyul What nonsense are you talking about?
3
I used to use Amsoil but after watching your videos I use Amsoil with Motorkote now.
3
If you use a lawn mower engine then you need Amsoil Quickshot which is P.i. for smaller engines.
2
The Ridgid looks like the best compromise for performance and size. Noise isn't that big of a deal when you have a flat tire.
2
In my car I use Amsoil P.i. in small engines I use Amsoil Quickshot
2
And people still call Amsoil snake oil, these tests prove otherwise.
2
@ProjectFarm Please make sure you test powder detergent as well. Boardwalk has a 40lb tub at Walmart for $36.
2
I'll keep using Amsoil (and add Motorkote based on your review)
2
Run the Engine Restore for a while in the engine before adding the Motorkote. It would be interesting to see on your tractor.
2
Todd, can these be safely refilled while they are running?
2
Where can I get a cheap diesel generator?? :) . Diesel engines also bring one a whole new set of additives to try.
2
For liquid I like Kirkland's from Costco, personally I use powdered laundry detergent. I never use cold wash, it never gets anything clean.
2
@__WJK__ By people that make it.
2
Have you tried Jet-A fuel / Jet-A1 ?
2
Does mixing fresh fuel in with the "bad" fuel make any difference in how it works at the end, like having a small amount of fuel in the tank at the end of a season but topping it off with fresh at the start of the next season?
2
What I learned, they are all ok except the Viking. I would like to see this years winners compared to last years winners.
2
I have a 100ft 10 gauge extension cord and its really heavy.
