  1. That depends on where you are as there is no such thing when I took one in Wisconsin. You should help an officer anytime you can and you feel safe enough to do it.

  3. The armed stranger did the right thing, the police need to chill out, the stranger followed the instructions from the officer. Law enforcement needs more training if they can't tell who is helping a fellow officer and who isn't.
