  2. If you use a full synthetic oil you won't get engine sludge.

  3. First thing to do is run an engine flush in the oil, I like Amsoil and LiquiMoly ones. These clean out all the debris from the oil system. Second thing to do is run 100 % synthetic oil. If those don't fix the issue you need to fix the broken parts.
