Point of reference for EU viewers aswell, if you get in a medical emergency and require being put under for surgury your looking at 100k per hour of anesthesia, 4 hour procedure? minimum of 400k FOR THE KNOCK OUT ALONE, thats not including the cost of the actual surgery nore the post surgery monitoring, recovery care and exit fees. so that lady showing her card with the one million dollar max out is not a pie in the sky example, people regularly do get mauled with 300k-800k bills for care you get free in most civilized countries
