@bigcconservativeguy2534 no actually, "Sense of impending doom" is a symptom used for diagnosis of a good number of conditions ranging from the psychological, neurological, and cardiovascular, heart attacks for example

@OctoberRust1973 ive literally seen my dog scoop up and eat a cat turd fresh from the cat. dogs are filthy

My grandfather was a food enthusiast and grew up in extreame poverty, he always said "When in doubt throw it out," because no matter how desperate for food you are if your throwing stuff up continually your going to be worse off than if you ate nothing at all

I like how this guy is a golden roll model for injurys and iffy body sensations or illnesses. chances are you probably will be fine if you wait it out. But depending on what it is the consequences of not could be irreparable. When in doubt check it out, no matter what it is or how embarrassing you think the situation is, DRs and nurses see wierder things every single day. Your not being judged, and even if you where you life is worth more than that

The human body is astonishingly good at compensating for abhorrent conditions. Functioning alcoholics are a prime example. of corse that same compensation plays a huge part in addiction as once the bodys compensated for extreme substance abuse removing that substance throws the homeostasis out of wack

@gordoncamacho8649 Its fascinating to Analize after youve experienced it, experiencing it on the other hand, well the title says it all,

i dont think you will need to worry, the range of elevation is still within what a healthy body can normally handle, if you where experiencing severe tachycardia that would be one thing, but think about it this way, tweakers who run around for sometimes 20 or more years before quitting often dont show heart damage, and those are people ingesting sometimes GRAMS of methamphetamine which is a bit over twice as potent as the dextroamphetamine Vyvanse breaks down into. i wouldent worry about it too much as long as your keeping you dont have preexisting conditions and keep up on checkups and monitoring

Great video as always! considering it follows a similar line of PNS and CNS activity and the fact im sure there's a variety of case studys to choose from any possibility you could do a video covering the mechanism of an a-methylphenthylamine or deoxyephedrine overdose? Im particularly curious about cases involving paradoxical sedation

depends how large an amount, often they can kind of counter some of one anothers effects, sometimes polysubstance abusers find this desireable because they can get the dopamine release from both while keeping fairly "level" problem is if someones an addict doing huge dosages of stims and depressents it can lead to the body getting confused and the heart just stopping, this is more often observed with cocaine than amphetamines on account of the fact cocaine directly interferes with the hearts ability to regulate itself, while amphetamines generally only increase heart rate via secondary action, the hearts normal function is not being interfered with, but too much norepinephrine dumped into the blood can cause it to do the fight or flight routine and start going full throttle, but the underlying regulatory mechanism is still working

Important thing guys that really could save someone. Whenever your takeing ANYTHING, write down what it is and how much and keep it in your pocket, that way if something where to happen for any reason the medical professionals attending to you will have a decent idea whats in your system

As someone who used to get panic attacks frequently, now thankfully much less. yep, that one relates, allot of other wierd body sensations seem kind of up to individual determination, but once you say "Jaw pain, sense of doom" now thats familiar territory

@TechneMakre which ever model is capable of audiably projecting a motorhead track through the lineing of your stomach wins

@laurapeterson559 honestly at that point, i wonder if it would be better to ask to substitute with ADHD medication, far more wakefullness premoteing at safe dosages than daily caffeine overdose. Id imagine it would be much more gentile on your cardiovascular system

@punishedwhirligig3353 Sargaaan of applebees

@resistantjeans6887 ahh yes, on par with MDMA, which can cause brain damage if used for 3 days in a row, totally safe

@WhoamI-yz9nx NGL i want to ask my DR about the Dextroamphetamine chewing gum
2
@WhoamI-yz9nx Yep, on the newer FDA approvals next to a patch

In some people its just a response to how their bodys respond to drugs acting on serotonin, dopamine or both, and is benign in other people its a sign of, well a list of bad things that can kill you. technically most cases are the benign type, but considering the others are forms of cardiovascular or circulatory failure, its handled with caution

@internetuser8922 Yeah ive always done it fairly meticulously, but at one point i was sorting my medicine drawer, got tired and decided to finish it later, well in the panic of wakeing up to a pending migrane and being unable to see very well past the hallucinations i ended up mistakeing adderall for advill and takeing twice what i normally would while also takeing the normal sumatriptian and zofran combo, that was, an experience, never again, always keep everything perfectly sorted

@datnigga5102 unironically yes

@boardcrf2763 If it will reach the point of killing or maiming someone is dependent on a ratio of heat to humidity and to a much lesser extent the individuals acclimation. In general higher humidity equals lower required temp to start killing someone, gulf countries being often rather dry in air humidity may be hotter in temp but feel "cooler" to the individual ive been in 110 at 25% humidity and ive been in 95 at 100% humidity, the 110 was a irritateing but tolerable, the 95 made me feel like i was going to die just walking 10 min down the road

These are the moms that would joke about putting barbituates in their kids desert in the 50s instead of just getting them actually checked for hyperactivity

Yeah this one really suprized me everything in my mind was screaming DVT, the nausia, the radiateing chest pain, symptoms appearing in one limb (most commonly the leg) The aeorta blowing out was NOT on my assumption list

@mikcnmvedmsfonoteka I see a Latvian last name.

@Shadowwarrior2288 Happens with some people with ADHD, myself included. Its strange because its very much noticable as a stimulant for me, i feel awake and sharp, but where as before i never really wanted to sleep much and my sleep was highly disregulated, either barely at all or 12 hours at once, with ADHD meds actively at peek blood concentration i can just lay down, close my eyes, sleep for 6 or 8 hours, then wake up refreshed. It would be curious if there have been sleep studys done with people who can sleep or sleep better on amphetamines. Ive heard some people say "Well people can sleep but its not a restful sleep" but i cant say i agree. Feels far more restful than my natural sleep

@litchtheshinigami8936 Become a magnesium based lifeform

@RomanDiaries Problem is in the US theres not really any agency checking if the ingredients on the label are actually whats on the label, the DEA/CDC only really check AFTER adverse events are recorded, an example is 7 or 8 years ago alot of workout supplements that where full of untested amphetamine analogs where sold and caused all sorts of health problems, individual supplements where removed from the market but it took years before a blanket ban on the active ingredients, and even then it still shows up in alot of fly by night mail order stuff because again, whos checking?

"ceilings are cringe im floor gang now"
1
@coolbreeze5683 Absolutely, but to me whats interesting is just how far they can go before people notice that. like people can be bottle a day alcoholics for 10 years before those symptoms start showing up
1
@benmcreynolds8581 Hay i understand the panic lol, my ADHD meds do that sometimes, first time it happened googling symptoms had me convinced i had but seconds to live
1
@AntimatterBeam8954 This is going to sound counter productive but have you considered trying a stimulant? For me if i add an extra 5MG onto my perscribed adderall dose its a sleeping pill, i mean totally out like a light, wake up feeling very well and refreshed. cant say i have any idea what the mechanism that would cause that would be, but its very very consistant

"his heartbeat was pushing his eyes out of his skull" Insomniac refrence?
1
@omnishambles5110 somehow, uniroincally and no jokes aside, the US millitary takes heat stroke more seriously the highschool band or PE directors. HS students are required to run in temps that the army considers nogo
1
@Psyched_mind Which is really at the end of the day how its supposed to work, no one can be expected to remember every chemical compound or condition to the point of haveing it on refrence, the suffix and prefix give you the mental page numbers so you canput it together
1
@Tobias-t3k stimulants have a very wide therapeutic range, one person might need 80MG adderall to notice an effect, another might be kept up at night by 5MG in the morning, and everything inbetween, whats right for your body is right for your body
