@bigredradish I Live in California where not only in my area is muscle foraging legal, it doesent even require permit or lisence, you just call a government run line that gives you the water quality results for the day and tells you if its good to go and you can harvest 10 pounds per person per day. Thing is its little known so few people do it, its great fun with familly or friends and you an literally sit there and pick what sizes you want for what dishes
