  31. Remember, appeals are based on points of LAW not evidence. Not "I want a second opinion." When you appeal you are asking a judge or set of judges to say the original judge screwed up. Judges is a fraternity/sorority. They HATE to slap down a fellow Judges, especially in a case like this where every single word is analyzed by the entire human race. Appeal not gonna happen.
