  2. THAT is the way to deal with it! I was released for being too old (they lied) and I went private at double the salary while working for myself. You have to admit - not having reviews or a manager of any kind except the client is GREAT!

  3. It would be interesting to see a breakdown by sex. I wonder if the poundmetoo phenomenon is in play as men will not mentor attractive young women. The other part is the entitlement mentality does not allow them to ACCEPT new work habits and attitudes.
