  3. Inflation is not a constant. It is cumulative. Inflation describes the rate of increase. CUMULATIVE inflation since 2020 has been in the double digits. The fact it has gone down does not erase those increases.

  4. Companies have measured productivity before and after the remote work concept. The before was MAGNITUDES higher. People telecommuting AS A GROUP are just lazy. There might be one or two people who say "oh, I work all the time from home" but collective statistics say that WFH lost companies a LOT. Blame your lazy peers.

  16. You can keep a cool distance from women. Be polite, keep all discussion on office/business. No lunches/drinks other than team events. If outside interests come up, be noncommittal but polite.
