  1. Oil is not a lake underground, it is saturated in the soil ! That is the reason for fracking, it allows the oil to move to the well head ! Water can do the same but it also runs in rivers under ground and when the water leaves because of overpopulation not climate change, the ground can collapse into the void left by overpopulation !

  2.  @timothycarey3883  no, oil is way deeper than water ! They will put a cement sleeve around the pipe to insure oil does not mix with the soil above or the water ! Your environmental groups have been lying to you !
