I think we should care about this because, blacks are the majority of the victims !and this could easily be solved with time ,proper education and stoping the Democrats from using blacks for political purposes! 1st remove all Democrats from teachers unions leadership! 2 institute training from 1st grade to 5th on the basics, reading, writing, math, history ,American government and things like personal tax returns, household expenses, dealing with police or med insurance! 3 work penalties for students! Picking up gum to cleaning toilets and if still a disruption their gone ! 4 uniforms and mandatory physical education of 1 hr ! 5 drop gun free zones for and train teachers and staff to carry ! 6 cut administration by 50% ! 7 commonsense! Because all Americans are worth it ! Not just rich one's! 😊
