And most of these guys are just trying to eat or get a better life for their families! BUT THATS THE PROBLEM, NOT IMMIGRATION! THE FACT HE HAS TO LEAVE HIS FAMILY TO FEED THEM , THIS IS UNFORGIVABLE! Imagine leaving your family in California as you go to Guatemala for work ? Then living in the gutter so you can send back most of your money so your family can eat ! This was the situation of one of my workers in the late 80's early 90 in so cal ! His house in T J is from the demo from my jobs in San Diego! Instead of throwing it away we took the time to remove things intact so he could build a house for his family, this cost me ! And one of my proudest days was him getting a green card ! So , i know very well the work ethics of most of the illegal immigrants! Do you know they are the victims of the bad illegals most often? Most female illegals have been s a during travel !

@ssn7836 you do understand that being from cuba an adjoining country, your freind is actually more eligible for asylum than an immigrant from a country that doesn't boarder the United States! This is an international rule on refugees and immigrants! Something the politicians dont tell you ! Everyone from a country that doesn't boarder the United States will probably be deported ! @jperezlgk its illegal to flag down cars to sell things or go into street to sell !if he is doing that he is wrong! That means he can't go in the street , they must park and visit his establishment on private property! He doesn't get to use public property for his business! The sidewalk is not his ! plus he needs a permit to pay taxes and they dont give permits to sell flowers in the street ! If he has a spot on private property the owner doesn't care if he sells on it . he still needs a permit and tax id ! This isn't Mexico and you don't get to play in the street ! And we have laws that protect the business that do it right ! He needs a spot on private property with parking nearby, stay out of the street and follow the laws WITH A WORK PERMIT and he IS GOOD TO GO ! Just like the guy down the street who did it right ! Ask yourself, would you want me to stand out front of your flower store and undercut your prices without having to pay fees or taxes or rent ! They aren't buying from him because he is expensive, its because he is cheap! And now that customers wont go buy that flower from the ligitament business man and he goes broke ! Your guy moves on and your wife gets no flowers! I know , another flower shop 5 mile down road but fair is fair ! Play by the rules or just maybe the other ligitament flower guy gets mad at you ? I'm more than sure this guy is just not aware of how to do it right or broke and desperate! Remember, the flower industry is known for a couple days a year to make money ! And on thoses days everyone sells flowers, stealing ligitament businesses best days profits! So doing it when they aren't busy is looking for problems because of pent up rage and free time ! I know the industry!

Here it only upsets businesses because we are so wealthy! It upset the other poor guy , didnt it ? Competition is tough! But he , in my opinion is tougher than most Americans!
