  1. The moon has no atmosphere, so its hit all the time with fist size rocks ! EVERYTHING WILL BE UNDERGROUND most of the cargo will be mining equipment, EVEN THE LAUNCH PADS NEED TO BE PARTIALLY UNDERGROUND!(how will you contain the blast on the surface, w/no atmosphere)you will need to be underground or far away or on other side of mt ! So to be close you need to be underground and off to the side ! They need to cover inside of cave walls and entrances for atmosphere containment You will need a work space without space suits big enough to hold a rocket ship then move it to surface and deflect the blast maybe even use it to excavate more caves! think submarine and how they launch but dirt instead of water !so they will lift it out of hole close the lid and then launch !😊 Everything will be about artificial work spaces and the cargo needed to sustain that !just to get to the point of a mars launch! Are you really going to send humans on a 2 year trip in a used rocket you didn't really give a good check up 😊 To a rocket you sent years before hoping it is ok for a return trip ? You will need 5 times redundancy on all things water,oxygen, atmosphere and food production on mars to even think of a trip and multiple rockets on the moon ! Are you going to send fuel to mars to retrieve used rockets ? Or use them as habitats ?if you do you will need to make 50 rockets for 10 years on mars ! Thats with some being used on the moon !

Some good ideas, nice new technology and maybe someday China will stop stealing technology ( reasons for no contact between stations) But the truth is they are 50 years behind, the United States owns the moon and China is at about 150 miles in space , not even close to a LIVE MAN ON the moon or a colony thinking of a trip to mars !
