@carloss Loss im sure the mall owner has a right to control any messages on his property also ! He does not have to let natzis or sjw speak and can control who speaks with biases ! Its his property ! And you wont win the lawsuit, it his property ! He can have nude elephants with sparklers singing the blues as long as he doesn't break any CRIMINAL LAWS !

@carloss Loss i agree and am a President Trump supporter ! But, a private business only has to ask you to leave , if you don't you can be trespassed ! The mall cop can arrest you ,but his first priority is your safety and if wrong can be charged with a crime with no qualified immunity !

@carloss Loss i agree and was not calling President Trump a natzi ! A corporation has the same rights to private property and can designate anyone to enforce their rules ! Can i come in your house and stay without permission, can i set up a yelling booth on your property and yell Russian propaganda with out your permission ? No and you can't do it at a mall !unless they let you and if you do and don't leave you will get arrested! Now you can go out to the sidewalks that are public and yell to your hearts content ,but not on private property ! My agreeing with you does not change private property laws ! And you can refuse Democrats on your mall if you own one from bloody biden propaganda !

@coolramone not yet , im pretty sure ! But they have stoped a Baker from this right ! They used BS to hurt them because they are Christians ! And did not want to serve gays ! So there is some legal grounds for this but i think the dems did it by stretching the interpretations of the laws ! I am not an attorney !

Or the way they have been instituted by local or state governments ! I am only pointing out facts and history ! NOW , YOU DON'T GET IT ! YOU CAN NOT COME ON MY PROPERTY AND SAY DEROGATORY THINGS ABOUT PRESIDENT TRUMP, END OF STORY ! AND YOU CAN'T STOP ME FROM PRAISING PRESIDENT TRUMP ON MY PROPERTY ! @carloss Loss i am not really a Republican, im more a Constitutionalist and Republicans are closest to my thinking ! Not so much their leaders ! The culture in Washington, foreign influences in DC ,teachers, press,entertainment, internet, i could go on and on and on ! So i concentrate on the CONSTITUTION AS MY GUIDE !and im still learning !
