  2.  @J.DeLaPoer  the patriarchy says women are weaker and so why would they be expected to handle the tough conditions men do? The patriarchy hurts both genders but in different ways in different areas. It's as much about sexism as it is forcing gender roles and women belong at home raising kids not in prison according to the patriarchy.
