Also make cops get a warrant to search anything of yours. Killers walk free because there isn't enough evidence to get a warrant to find evidence.

@peterwexler5737 she's nuts. Apparently she was horrible to her lawyers to. I think they wanted to loose lol
20
It depends on the person. It just depends on how they are mentally. Source: my dad was a lawyer.
14
@Bigjuicydumbdumb yep my cat who was born small and has a lack of growing problem is called kitten.
8
It wouldn't benefit her. The day it does she will do it.
7
I honestly wish she was a Satanist or believed and preformed witchcraft so it would be interesting lol.
7
What I don't get is why? Like there are millions of guys who look just like him. She could just go find someone else who looked like him.
7
The 2nd
5
@Oooo-bi7bi you only have to if you aren't self employed. You can refuse any case you want if you are on your own.
5
He made a few dumb choices. We all have. He didn't deserve to die for it.
5
Get help. For your own sake.
5
Would you? Even detectives have thier limits.
4
Try. She failed to wreck his reputation.
4
You know it's all an act right? Good cop bad cop.
4
You realize Jodi killed someone right? Like they are not the same.
3
Lmao
3
@All These Squares Make A Circle and call 911 if she stays. Police exist to stop murder crazy nutcases.
3
The other option is to quit and no longer have a paycheck and become homeless. Attorneys don't choose thier cases.
3
Yikes. Some people are really messed up.
3
Ya it's sad but at least most of the world thinks is only sin was not getting a restraining order. She is crazy and if you see even a little of her in anyone in your life be careful.
2
He is right.
2
@tamlandipper29 when someone moves to you after the breakup it's clear there is no help.
2
@clubbedsandwich1128 violating one would put her in jail.
2
Lmfao
2
Be safe
2
No. My genetics are not good and no amount of money is worth risking passing my issues on to innocent people that didn't consent.
2
@eveeee49471 not victim blaming just saying not to do stupid stuff.
2
Ehh she is in jail and we are laughing at her so that's something.
2
Not bipolar but crazy yes
2
Now imagine being the defense attorney. Imagine the guilt. Atleast the prosecution can tell themselves they are doing something good when they have to look at the evidence. It breaks people.
2
So keep a crazy person around forever then?
2
Same goes for some men. Some people will continue to lie regardless of the evidence. It's insane.
2
Good luck with that.
2
Same. Let her be an example to other nuts and a warning story to anyone considering not leaving toxic people behind.
2
Yep and if you must get in a relationship be careful. Just because most domestic violence murders are against women doesn't mean you can't be an exception. Men can be victims to.
2
So they should have not gotten a confession then?
2
They met in an MLM. I would be thinking bankruptcy not murder at the end though. I know this isn't the most relevant things but avoid MLMs people. It's a scam.
2
My dad was a lawyer and it does alot. It tore him apart but he had to keep going to get paid enough for him my brother mom and I to live a decent life. It broke him in a way. He died recently and I hope he is free of the damage it did.
2
Ikr
2
So the family doesn't have to go through a trial.
2
Brutality honest.
2
You realize someone has to do it or they go free right? It's legally required to have a trail.
2
Yep. Then I'm using part of it to become a widow
1
Don't insult sluts like that. They don't deserve it.
1
Or go near a crazy person.
1
Not always but it definitely doesn't include refusal to commit.
1
@Cindy Tartt yes please
1
@jackcastillo5626 no kidding but just in case ditch toxic people.
1
Please listen to the prosecution again. Unless she can stop time at will she did it.
1
What actions in this case?
1
The other option is to not have a job anymore. They don't get to pick thier clients.
1
@bezerkeyturkey8847 no they aren't. That's not how it works. It's represent the client or be jobless.
1
Do I know who they will kill?
1
Please do. I'm glad you got away. Some people should never ever be in a relationship and Jodi is a great example of one of those people.
1
It's not a thought people want to think about. They don't want to think they are looking at a future killer.
1
@johnnym8848 glad you ran. Sex isn't worth dealing with that nutcase
1
@mojoman2001 he let her in dude. How do you let such a sicko in? No amount of sex is worth keeping her around.
1
@HawkFan30 ya he needs restraining orders. I'm so glad he didn't let her in.
1
@mbd6054 motels have locks and phones. Lock the door call 911 hide.
1
@voiceOfReason16 911.
1
Quit victim blaming.
1
I googled it and ya not pretty. Not even close to the worst but bad.
1
Played her well
1
@LarryBBM1998 from prison? Your being scammed
1
@Mowskii no
1
@brandywinebridget its a bot
1
So she can stab more people? Strip clubs are supposed to be fun not dangerous.
1
So? Looks aren't everything. She is a killer.
1
You never could trust anyone. Especially the cops. They work for the people who need to convict someone and they think it's you. They won't believe a word you say regardless of if it's the truth.
1
Because if they don't do everything they can she claims defective council or something and gets a new trial until someone does try everything. The more they try the less likely she can get a new trial.
1
Get help
1
Sounds like a great way to get a Darwin Award.
1
He quit because of YouTube.
1
@Jess 👽 It's a coping method. Maybe not everyone uses it but it's common.
1
Ikr. A true nutcase.
1
Then she could claims ineffective representation if they didn't do anything they could. Then the family goes through 2 trials.
1
Yep. It drives the person insane to.
1
Ya like move on and hire someone to kill him like 5 years later or something.
1
It's a tactic. They wanted to kill her I'm sure.
1
If he had a restraining order and called the cops every time she showed up and they did nothing even once his family would have a HUGE lawsuit. Restraining orders not only help you but if you are murdered your family gets to sue as long as you never went against it or didn't call 911 every time. Edit: The prosecuters will love you if you do this. It is very powerful evidence and helps reinforce a motive. My dad was a lawyer and dreaded defending people who had restraining orders against them by the victim. It eliminates so many defense paths.
1
@emmaisalone it is hard in the USA but someone trying when they die helps prosecuters get tougher sentences.
1
No lawyers no trial. No trial no prison sentence. They hate it just as much as us but if they show they hate it Jodi can get a redo and the family goes through the trial again. Any sign of hate from the lawyer and the killer can use that to possibly get a redo.
1
He had a family. He had friends. He had a life. Nobody is perfect but he didn't deserve to die.
1
@Kidiot r/wooosh
1
Zendsir no if a nutjob is pissed the will stalk your Facebook. Not all women are crazy. On a side note maybe get your mom professional help? It's not normal.
1
Ikr. The worst thing he did was not getting a restraining order. He is INNOCENT she is GUILTY end of story.
1
I mean he worked for an MLM so kinda expected. Didn't deserve to die though.
1
Yikes!
1
Or look at yourself and figure out if he is right. Better to not be anywhere near crazy.
1
Because people do dumb things. We all have done something not smart
1
@go-away-5555 someone has to do it. It sucks but someone must do it.
1
Then she claims defective council. Then the family goes through a 2nd trial and 3rd and 4th and so on until someone does everything possible to defend her. I assure you they don't enjoy any of it. They feel guilt for doing it.
