  5. I just slogged through all the comments to see if others brought up what I thought were the two biggest omissions from the video. Dozens of people mentioned one of them--his military-industrial complex speech. But nobody mentioned the other--his failure to take a stand against Joseph McCarthy.

  10. Don't let facts get in your way. He grew up in Abilene, but he was born in Texas, as Simon said. And the fact that JFK Airport is in New York doesn't mean JFK was born there, either.
