  1. None of those are alternatives to EUV. They can be used to make chips both cheaper and faster than EUV. But if you require the feature size of EUV lithography there are no alternatives.

  2. It was not specifically mentioned if TSMC also makes EUV masks? Or "develops" them at least (to use a photo analogy), as I'm sure they're not trying to make the reticle mirrors from scratch.
