  1. A lot of the programs I use on a daily basis has no ARM port and x86 emulation on ARM is slow as molasses... So I certainly need x86. For people who live on in a browser, sure, but for them it still comes down to price/performance. With Chromebooks being outright stupid due to lack of storage and performance and Apple laptops/desktops being stupidly expensive for the performance they give, x86 for laptops and desktops is still the obvious choice.
