@denniscrider3776 Denmark has exceptionally strict gun laws, so personal protection is not something that crosses the mind of a buyer even once. 22LR is an excellent 15m target shooting caliber. You can pop 300 shots in a day without your hands hurting or feeling like you need to visit the dentist. This isn't exactly something you can say about a .45 Magnum....

@GunnerAsch1 I wasn't aware that it is an official team who does all the school shootings, let alone a public one..

Then again. A 22LR match gun in the hands of an accomplished marksman is a whole lot more deadly than a .50 Desert Eagle in the hands of an amateur.

Technically speaking the i is silent, but we can't teach English speakers how to pronounce the Danish flat e. "Niilson" will make it sound Swedish...

I don't know how exactly it all came to be, but I think it's a reflection of the Danish mentality. We're not as stubbornly practical as the Germans, but if something exists solely to be flashy we think it's kinda dumb. This combined with the Danish mentality of not bragging (you'll get the social bonk on the head if you do) tends to keep esthetics present, but kept to a minimum. So Danish design often follows a pattern of Function Drives Form but with just a tad of simplistic lines that tries to express elegance over robustness. This is especially evident in our furniture design. You can't really tell if something was designed in the 50s or present day.

This isn't the first time. Last time he was at the armaments museum.

Either it was just made, or he shot the material when he visited the Tøjhus museum some time ago.

You apparently don't know the history of Danish design and products very well....

Hope you enjoy your stay in Denmark :)

@TheNIX001 Treat the i as silent. Then the first e from "gesundheit" and the last e (the -sen part) is kinda like in between the e in "est" and ö but the last syllable has to be a bit mit gesmacher :P

@Govanmauler Thank you :)

He was there the last time he was in Copenhagen. I don't recall the video name, but you can find it in his catalogue. If memory serves correctly it was about a year and a half a go, or there about.

Disregard that. He was at the Tøjhus museum last time...
