We've given up. Ian speaks English and some French... but butchers every other language like a boss. Which is to be expected, as nearly every country has had some cool guns, and we can't expect him to learn every language... When he was at Tøjhusmuseet in Denmark I was rolling on the floor laughing as he did his best to guestimate Danish in to some half English, half French pronunciation that was as cute as it was horrible :P

It made a little more safe after seeing that it was only half cock. You can't accidentally drop the hammer (because it doesn't have one), and it will probably take a significant event to get the firing pin to move with enough force to set off a cartridge.

Ian is allowed to butcher any language, as long as he tells us about the guns. I was in stitches when he was at Tøjhusmuseet in Denmark taking a look at the Madsen guns... English speaking people trying to pronounce Danish is a fifty fifty mix of cute and horrible :P
