  1. "Bulb-up", not bullpup. Bulls get calves, not pups :P (Well the cows get the calves when the bull has done the job, but you know what I mean!).

  3. As someone who went from a G3 to an AR clone in service... I have never ever understood this argument. When shooting standing and using the sling wrapped around your left fore arm (assuming right handed shooting) the long pull of the G3 was epic for accuracy. I've shot 198/200 on a 6" center at 300 meters many times like that. On iron sight. The AR with optics we got as a replacement was a much more nimble rifle in buildings, but man was it "crouched up" for precision shooting.... Have you ever shot a rifle with a long pull yourself?
