  1.  @LeSarthois  Considering the lack of understanding sometimes involved in sketchy ammo production I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if both under powered and over powered ammo was circulated. Underpowered to cut cost and over powered sold as magic extra potent life saver ammo or some shit.
