  1. They spent about 5 seconds checking out who this "Ian McCollum" guy is and someone said to management: "We're not going to get a chance THIS good ever again. If we want to appeal to firearms museums and collectors we need to move on it right now." And this is where the difference between a good company and a bad company shows up.. in the bad company the reply would have been: "We haven't budgeted for that this fiscal year, so we're not doing it (because that might cut into my personal bonus)".
