  1. Whoever thought a 30.06 lack stopping power has never shot a stag with one. You shoot them in the chest and the bullet goes through the pelvic bone and bloody near rips a hind leg off. The only thing one might complain about is over penetration. If the bullet construction had been more expansion focused the target would do a back flip to let you know it's been hit.
