I mean, it's almost surreal that one such small country could find themselves in that many political conflicts while at the same time managing to screw up every single armament program they ever ran... Sometimes reality really is stranger than fiction!

  2. This book is funny as fuck! I'm not gun nerdy enough to feel like buying either of the first two, but this one looks to be a fun conversational piece that you could even show to people who don't care about guns. The funny markings on the guns and the portrayal of the different warlords makes it more of an entertaining history book than a gun reference.

  3. I actually heard it as distinct from Taiwan. Maybe Ian doesn't know how to correctly pronounce Taiyuan, but it didn't sound like Taiwan ("Thaiwon") to me.
