Just thought that it's a joke for 1 April, but no, that man is a fool himself. So by that's man belief Soviet Union was an absolutely free and democratic country as it was producing everything as opposite to today's Russia. Of course I don't look to any logic in this man madness. By the way the so called "western world" doesn't produce gas-oil only because there're no sizeable deposits of it left on their territory, all are sucked to the bottom and wasted.
