By the way country of Scotland itself as the most suppressed and undeveloped part of UK was put by England to position that Scotland would never ever produce something high-tech like space rocket. Maybe one day after regaining long due independence Scottish Republic would start to play some role politically and technically, maybe even in some space programs. It's fully understandable that Scott Manley can only envy to USSR/Russia ability to be unlike Scotland independent and run own country and rocket science as they like and not as their oppressors told.
