  4.  @mr.happyhappy8708  So the perfect should be the enemy of the good? Obviously they are all flawed. The point is that making this little dig at the beginning creates the subtext for what follows, a rehash of Cold War narrative that creates a sense of persecution in the viewer. It is the same formula in every video now. A good book on the flaws and merits of different democratic forms is Beasts and Gods by Roslyn Fuller. But in this video the suggestion is that democracy is somehow responsible for social conformity, something that has existed in basically every human society. The narrow absurdity of this should be apparent, but it will escape the target audience here looking to validate their impression of being victimized

  5.  @hellisalie4237  talking it out IRL with people of different opinions is the way to go. I'd encourage all the people watching in isolation to work towards this. I have friends with very different (I would say insane) views than mine, but we can talk it out over a beer. It probably helps that none of us believes that he alone is carrying the torch for freedom and truth, and everyone else is a sheep, coward, or oppressor. Cheers. 🍻

But a cheap shot at "people like me" is just fine, right? Don't worry. I'm aware of what is being said and who is supposed to be the enemy. I'm just amazed you buy into it.

Now it makes a direct appeal to conspiracy hounds like yourself, most likely for gain and influence. And yet you are the one who thinks he knows what's up. 🤣 Also, you might want to look up "circular reasoning".
