I wouldn't worry too much about this in the short term since after the mid-terms when President Adult Diapers loses his congressional majority, he won't be able to get the time of day passed. However, as Andrew says, if politicians are talking about something, it means they want it and if they want it bad enough, they'll find a way to get it. And they are talking about this pretty loudly. So I don't expect that this kind of stuff is just around the corner but it is down the road and probably not as far down as you'd think. Use that time to prepare and plan wisely.
