@henryn700 you should hide your feelings at certain points in life as they can be used against you. You can show them to people like close friends and family. Doing it in public with strangers is absolutely absurd. Why would you let the world know your problems?

@henryn700 I said show it with friends and family if you want. Nothing wrong there. Just in public is silly. Example of when it's okay: death of a loved one. Example of when it's not okay: gf leaving you or being told off.

There are far more important things in life, a relationship should be a compliment to your life. Nothing more. If a break up gets you that upset then perhaps you should be looking more inwards.

@henryn700 blood is thicker than water. I would choose my kids or my real family over some bint any day for example. You don't choose your family in those situations, but you can choose your partners.

@henryn700 well I'm not a misogynist...I was simply stating that I would choose any family member over a relationship any day, as any rational person should. Adopted parents have done a great service if they have raised you correctly. Ofc you will have a lot of time and respect for them if they raised you when they didn't have to.
