Because you have exposed the entire industries including those that got little direct exposure to the climate to pay exorbitantly much more because these industries have been punished much more without any government subsidies. That's a Fatal mistake and disruption in supply chain and there is no way to cancel out the damning effect but leaving the entire commitment and equally economically resetting from this point.
